All block messages and informative messages on request forms should display in red text on an Aqua background, and trigger the browser window to refocus to top of screen.
Certain messages on Media Equipment Booking and Media Item Booking forms do not reset focus and only display in plain black text.
Workflow implications: Patrons do not see the messages indicating they are blocked or that the booking is available.
1. Pull up Media Equipment Booking or Media Item Booking
2. Trigger one of the following messages to display:
Blocked. *(No matrix to allow booking)
Booking Available. *(After select Check Schedule button)
The booking form has changed.
Please re-check the booking schedule. *(After select Check Schedule button, but then changing the form)
The specified booking schedule exceeds the maximum loan period for the selected item. Please consult the displayed loan period and modify the booking times.
3. These display in plain black text above the form, but the window will not move the focus of the browser to them.
Other information: Some of these messages do display correctly such as “Request Failed”
