    Expected results: To be able to view the help page shown when you’ve successfully sent an email from the OPAC

    Actual results: The help page that should appear after sending an email from the OPAC is missing

    Workflow implications: Patrons are confusingly shown a 404 error when viewing a help page

    Replication steps:
    1. In, set
    2. Load the OPAC, locate any record and view the holdings information page
    3. Click on the “Email” link in the Action Box, and send this record to yourself
    4. After sending, WebVoy?ge will show a page saying “Email sent successfully”. Click on the “Help” button in the upper-right corner, the resulting page will not load because emailComplete.html does not exist!

    Other information: None

    Workaround: Create a new HTML file named emailComplete.html and place it in en_US/htdocs/help/

    Fixed in WebVoyage for 8.1.1.
