    Voyager cfg , ini and tag table files shipped with clients are in read only mode

    Expected results:
    Users should easily be able to edit .cfg ,.ini and tag table files shipped with the clients.

    Actual results:
    The .ini and .cfg files, including tag tables, are read only when shipped with the clients.

    Workflow implications:
    Staff will edit the file and only realize that they need to change the file properties once they want to save their changes.

    Replication steps:
    1. Open any .ini or .cfg file in C:\Voyager\* (NoticeEmail.cfg for example)
    2. Edit the file
    3. Click Save
    4. Receive “Cannot create the C:\Voyager\Reporter\NoticeEmail.cfg file. Make sure that the path and filename are correct.” error.
    5. Right click on the file>Click Properties
    6. Read Only is checked.

    Other information: This does NOT apply to the voyager.ini file.

    Workaround: Right click on the file>select Properties>uncheck Read Only>click OK. You can now save the file.
