    Expected results: To be able to display item information under the My Account section of Primo

    Actual results: Item information isn’t returned through the circulationActions API, so it cannot be displayed in Primo

    Workflow implications: Looking at the Requests page under MyAccount in Primo, there’s no way to tell which item you have placed a request for

    Replication steps:
    1. Using a Primo server hooked into Voyager through OvP, place a hold request on any item
    2. Load the My Account page and notice the information returned; request type, title, author, status, and pickup location. Item information cannot be added to any of these fields

    Other information: Information is made available in WebVoy?ge through substitution tokens like \\i, \\c, \\u, \\d, etc.

    Resolution:
    Fixed in 8.1.1.
