Changing the Custom Text Email Message affects all PCs running clients for Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
This behavior is the result of issue VYG-4623.
VYG-4623 is currently in Development.
Replication steps: 1. In ILL Request -> Options -> Setup Custom Text Email Message, change text of message. 2. Close. 3. From a different PC, in ILL Request -> Options -> Setup Custom Text Email Message, changed text is there.
