    Fiscal Period Close completed no funds rolled over

    Problem Symptoms

    FPC server job has completed with a message stating, "Rollever Succeeded". In the acquisitions client no funds or data has rolled over into the new financial year.

    Cause

    In the Rollover Rule no ledgers were selected for the new Fiscal Period.

    Resolution

    1. Acquisitions > Ledgers and Funds > Search Rollover Edit Rules > Search by = Rollover rule name
    2. On the left hand side of the Rollover Rule Edit - Rule: 2012 to 2013 Window under "Rule" scroll down to "View Ledgers"
    3. Highlight the desired ledger to roll over and click ok to move to the top section under Ledger name
    4. Type new ledger name.
    5. Select the "Apply rule during next run of Fiscal Period Close" check box at the top of the Rollover Rule.
    6. On the server or via WebAdmin, run FPC Save.
    7. On the server or via WebAdmin, run FPC Run.
