In situation where
* closed pattern for component
* did not delete entire component
* Complete Purchase Order (PO)
Subscription button on the line item will be inactive/greyed out.
* Search in Subscription Maintenance will still return component and new pattern or new component can be created
Issue VYG-4141 is resolved for Voyager 9.1.0 and higher.
