    Cannot execute error appearing instead of SFX menu

    Problem Symptoms:
    Server ran out of disk space but now has sufficient space
    Error message appearing instead of menu:
    DBLayer::Base::DBEngine::_execute_single_update: Cannot execute INSERT INTO
    SFX_REQUEST (SERIALIZED,MODIFIED)
    VALUES (?,NOW())
    Table './sfxlcl41/SFX_REQUEST' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

    Cause:
    SFX_REQUEST table is corrupt

    Resolution:
    To repair the SFX_REQUEST table:
    1. Log in to the UNIX environment as the affected local instance user
    2. Type: da
    3. ./server_admin_util
    4. Select menu option 4 Database maintenance
    5. Select menu option 3 REPAIR MySQL tables
    6. At the prompt for which tables, enter SFX_REQUEST
