    Primo FE is not responsive

    Problem Symptoms:
    In the FE library log:
    *******
    ERROR [t-ajp-0.0.0.0-7701-13] [c-MetalibLoginAPI] - Metalib connection failed. error: _http://xxx.yyy.zz.vv/X?op=login_request&user_name=user&user_password=password
    *******

    Cause:
    The connection with Metalib cannot be established and that affects the system functionality.

    Resolution:
    - Check the Metalib server which might be down;
    - Check that the Metalib configuration in the Primo BO under:
    > Ongoing Configuration Wizards > Institution Wizard
    Is correct
