    Find Databases Link Not Working in Simple Search Only

    Problem Symptoms:
    When clicking on the Primo Find Databases link from the Simple Search, the search lightbox does not open as expected.

    Cause:
    Unknown

    Resolution:
    The problem has been fixed after installing Service Pack 4.3.0.

    The Find Databases link in the Advanced Search is working as expected.
