    Export to Endnote does not work

    Problem Symptoms:
    When exporting the record to EndNote from the details tab and e-shelf, EndNote displays the following message:

    Number of records imported: 0
    A direct export error has occurred (EServices.DataRetrievalError).

    Resolution:
    This is a known defect which has been fixed in Primo version 4.9.6. 

    If you are experiencing this problem on a lower version of Primo, please upgrade to 4.9.6 or higher to resolve.

    If you have already upgraded to 4.9.6 or later, please report this error and this article to Support.
