    Cannot sign in after Primo Analytics times out

    Description

    • Primo Analytics times out
    • A pop-up window displays asking the user to sign back in
    • Back Office staff member credentials are denied

    Resolution

    1. In a new tab or window login to the Primo Back Office
    2. Click Primo Analytics
    3. Return to the original tab or window
    4. Refresh the page
