Uploading User Records

There are many users in Alma: students, staff, library patrons. Your institution's database already has existing data for these users, such as in your Student Information System. But, how do you add these users into Alma? How do you update their information when it changes?

In this new lesson we learn how to import new user records into Alma from an external system, and how to set up an automatic process that updates the records.
