    Cannot login after password change

    Description:
    After changing the password for a user on our test system, the user cannot login (system gives the message "Password not verified on connectable hosts"), even though the username and password are correct.

    Resolution:
    Please go through the diagnosis described in KB 8192-420.

    The problem is no longer occurring after we refreshed the test database with data from our production database. If the problem recurs, I'll create a new SI.
