Budget name in acquisitions order list

    Question

Changing the budget name of a standing order from "GENERALITES-2012" to "Z_LITT.RUSE-2012" does not change the budget name in the order list but only in the "Order Display" tab, "Encumbrance" subtab. Is there a way to change the display so that it takes the current budget for display and shows something like "Z_LITT.RUSE*"?

    Answer

The asteriks beside the budget code in the order list signifies that more than 1 budget is encumbered, the one that displays is the first one alphabetically. This is the usual system behavior.

    Additional Information

According to the above example if you would have changed the budget to e.g. ABC-2012 this one would appear in the order list as it would be the first one alphabetically.
