360 Core: Output Coverage Dates Do Not Reflect Custom Coverage Dates
- Product: 360 Core Client Center
Why don t the Output Coverage Dates change when I change the Custom Coverage Dates for a holding?
Due to a problem in Serials Solutions' system, the Output Coverage Dates field on a Holding Details page always shows the default start and end dates for the database, not any custom dates you have entered:

This does not affect the dates actually shown in patron-facing Serials Solutions services; those services will correctly display (and make use of) any custom dates you have entered (using one of many valid date formats available).
We understand that it is counter-intuitive to have the default dates displaying as the "output" when you have entered custom dates, and we hope to have resolution to this issue in the future.
